Once you're here at the office and meeting with the doctor, we will assist you in processing your initial application to the state to ensure you receive same-day approval.

  • Patients 18 years and older are eligible for recommendation.

  • Yes, if you have a valid Florida Driver's License with the current address, you'll receive approval from the state on the same day.

  • CannabisCare offers around-the-clock availability and personalized care. We assist patients in processing state applications for same-day shopping, provide educational literature, discount cards, and dispensary information, ensuring individualized care, education, and compassion from our physicians.

  • We streamline the process by having patients fill out an intake form online or arrive 15 minutes earlier for in-person completion. During the appointment, patients discuss medical history and explore cannabis benefits. We assist in processing MMUR applications for same-day approval.

  • In Florida, recommendations are valid for 210 days (7 months), followed by an annual state license renewal. We advise patients to mark their expiration date and offer follow-up appointments prior to expiration.

  • Established patients can have follow-up telemedicine appointments. New and transfer patients require an in-person visit for the first consultation.

  • Patients can indicate their primary condition on the contact form, including unlisted conditions. Qualifying conditions include (but are not limited to):
